No, this is not the controversial massage parlor. This is a Chinese restaurant, originally from Manila. They started in the 1950's. Now they have a branch here in Cebu at The Parkmall. Though the taste is not exceptionally good compared to Grand Majestic, but I love their wallpapers of the history of the restaurant.
